What You’ll Need:
✔ A nurturing, patient, and empathetic approach
✔ Flexibility when supporting ALN pupils with varying needs
✔ Experience working with children or young people (not necessarily classroom-based — childcare, youth work, SEN support, coaching, mentoring, etc. all count!)
✔ Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check if you don’t already have one
