Attendance and Pastoral Officer

Start Date: May 2026
Salary: £110 - £125 per day

The school is looking to appoint an Attendance and Pastoral Officer on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent. The successful Attendance and Pastoral Officer will work across Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, supporting student attendance, monitoring wellbeing, and working closely with families and staff to improve engagement and outcomes.
The successful Attendance and Pastoral Officer will have:
• Experience working in a school or educational setting
• Knowledge of attendance procedures and safeguarding practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• A proactive and supportive approach to pastoral care
