Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Salary: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour

The school is looking to take on a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis from September. The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will work alongside teachers and support staff to deliver engaging learning activities, lead small-group interventions, provide lesson cover when required and adapt learning to meet individual pupil needs.

The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have:

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience supporting children or young people within a SEND setting
• Confidence delivering learning activities and providing lesson cover when required
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
