TeacherActive are proud to be working with a number of welcoming private day nurseries across Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas, who are looking to recruit dedicated Level 3 Nursery Bank Staff to support their teams throughout September and beyond. These nurseries provide safe, nurturing and stimulating environments where children are encouraged to learn, develop and thrive through play and exploration.
We are looking for enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our bank team, offering flexible work to suit your availability. Whether you are looking for full-time hours, part-time work, or occasional shifts around existing commitments, we have opportunities available. You will be supporting children across a range of age groups, delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum and helping to create a positive and enriching learning environment.
The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:
• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
• Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts
