The school places a strong emphasis on wellbeing, removing barriers to learning and supporting young people aged 14 to 16 to achieve academically and personally.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Qualified Teacher on a temporary basis from September. The successful Qualified Teacher will deliver engaging and differentiated lessons, maintain high standards of classroom and behaviour management and work collaboratively with colleagues to support positive outcomes for students.

The successful Qualified Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply)

• Experience teaching students aged 14 to 16 within a UK secondary school setting

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A flexible, positive and proactive approach to teaching

• A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive
