Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant comfortable working one-to-one with pupils who have Special Educational Needs. This is a temporary, long-term position, with the prospect of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The successful applicant will demonstrate empathy, flexibility, and the ability to respond effectively to individual pupil needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate pupils while supporting teaching staff
• Assist with classroom preparation and management
• Listen to and understand pupils to assess their individual needs
• Apply differentiated approaches to support diverse learning styles
• Bring prior experience in a similar role, which is essential
