The school provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where staff are dedicated to supporting students both academically and emotionally. The setting prides itself on creating positive relationships with pupils and delivering a nurturing approach to learning across all Key Stages.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for day-to-day supply roles, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be supporting students across all Key Stages with ASD, Autism, and challenging behaviour, providing tailored classroom support and helping students engage positively with their learning.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children within an educational setting
• Experience working with students with ASD, Autism, and challenging behaviour
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
